It is a profound honor for Zeus for Homeless and Stray Dogs to exist under the patronage of Fifth Kathok Situ Rinpoche, His Holiness Jamgoen Choekey Nyenjid.

Board of Trustees

Zeus for Homeless and Stray Dogs is governed by a supervisory Board of Trustees, the principal policy-making organ. Our Board consists of no fewer than five Trustees, including the Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Management

The Executive Director oversees the affairs of Zeus for Homeless and Stray Dogs, a nonprofit organization under the supervisory authority of the Board. The administration and management are departmentalized as follows:

Program and Coordination

• General Manager responsible for administration and management of:
  1. Kitchen and Store Unit
  2. Transportation and Feeding Unit
  3. Response, Rescue, and Vet Unit
  4. Law and Liaison Unit

Administration and Finance

• General Manager responsible for administration and management of:
  1. Donors and Volunteers Unit
  2. Human Resource and Accounts Unit

This structure ensures efficient management and coordination of our initiatives aimed at the well-being and care of homeless and stray dogs.
